At Reveda, we supply premium ingredients and raw materials to manufacturers, formulators, brands, distributors, and other commercial buyers across the United States. We ship to commercial and business addresses nationwide. Every order is carefully prepared, packed to protect product quality, and shipped through trusted logistics partners.

1. Where We Ship From

Most orders are fulfilled from our US warehouse:

Some products are shipped directly from our facility in India. Delivery times for these products are explained in Section 4.

Our registered business office is:

REVEDA LLC
15526 Black Pepper Ln
Odessa, FL 33556, USA

Please note: our warehouse is a fulfillment facility and is not open for walk-in visits or customer pickups unless arranged in advance with our team. Please do not send returns to either address without prior written authorization from Reveda.

Because these products have different handling needs, packaging and shipping methods may vary by category (see Section 7).

3. Processing Time

Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order before it is dispatched. This includes order verification, quality checks, documentation, packing, and arranging the right carrier.

Processing time depends mainly on:

  • Order quantity: smaller orders are usually prepared quickly, while large-volume orders need more time for weighing, packing, palletizing, and quality documentation.
  • Season and crop availability: many of our ingredients are natural and agricultural. Harvest cycles, seasonal demand, and peak periods (such as the pre-holiday baking and manufacturing season) can affect availability and preparation time.
  • Product type: items needing special handling, such as temperature-sensitive or regulated products, may take extra time.
  • Documentation requirements: orders needing Certificates of Analysis (COA), specification sheets, or other compliance documents may need additional preparation.
  • Custom requirements: custom packaging, private labeling, or special buyer instructions add time.

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Processing begins once payment is received and order details are confirmed. If we need more information from you, processing starts once we receive it.

For bulk and custom orders, we will share an estimated dispatch date with your order confirmation or quote.

4. Delivery Estimates

Delivery time depends on where your product is currently stocked and whether it needs to be prepared for your order. Your total delivery time includes lead time, the time to source, manufacture, and test products that are not in stock, plus transit time, the time the shipment takes to reach you.

In Stock at Our US Warehouse

When your product is available at our warehouse in Pomona, California, it is packed and dispatched quickly.

  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days

In Stock at Our India Facility

When a product is not available in our US warehouse but is in stock at our facility in India, it is shipped internationally to the United States. This includes international transit and US customs clearance.

  • Estimated delivery: 10–15 business days

Made-to-Order Products (Not Currently in Stock)

When a product is not in stock in either location, we prepare it specifically for your order. This involves:

  1. Sourcing raw materials from our trusted farming and supplier network
  2. Manufacturing or processing the ingredient to the required specification
  3. Quality testing and preparing documentation such as Certificates of Analysis (COA), where applicable
  4. Packing and shipping the finished product to you
  • Estimated delivery: 3–6 weeks, including preparation and shipping

Large-Volume and Bulk Orders

Larger quantities may need more time to source, manufacture, test, and pack. For bulk orders, our team will confirm the full estimated timeline in your quote before you place the order.

Delivery Timeline Summary

Order Situation Estimated Delivery
In stock at US warehouse 2–3 business days
Not in US stock, available in India 10–15 business days
Not in stock (made to order) 3–6 weeks
Large-volume or bulk orders Confirmed in your quote

Orders With Items From Different Locations

If your order includes items from different locations, or both in-stock and made-to-order items, we will ship everything together once all items are ready. If you'd like available items sent first, please contact us. Separate shipments may involve additional shipping charges.

International Shipments and Customs

Shipments from India must clear US customs and meet US import requirements, including FDA requirements for food and related ingredients. Customs inspections or document checks may occasionally add time to delivery. These delays are outside our control, but we will keep you informed.

Please Note

  • All timelines are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Seasonal crop availability, customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other events outside our control may affect delivery (see Section 10).
  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
  • Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and remote areas may take longer and may involve extra charges. Please contact us before ordering for these locations.
  • If your order is time-sensitive, contact us before ordering. We'll confirm the current stock location and the fastest available option.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order, using weight-based rates.

Weight-Based Shipping Rates

  • Shipping is charged according to weight ranges. Each weight range has its own shipping rate.
  • Larger orders benefit from better shipping value. As order weight increases, the shipping cost per pound or kilogram generally becomes lower, making bulk purchasing more cost-effective.
  • The exact shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout, or included in your quote for bulk orders.

How Your Order Ships

Order Size How It Usually Ships How Cost Is Calculated
Standard orders (generally up to 150 lb) Parcel carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL Calculated at checkout based on total weight
Bulk orders (generally over 150 lb) Pallet or freight shipment Quoted in advance based on total weight and number of pallets

Other Factors That May Affect the Cost

In addition to weight, the final shipping cost may also depend on:

  • Shipping origin: whether your order ships from our US warehouse or our India facility.
  • Delivery location: the distance to your delivery address within the US.
  • Package size: large but lightweight packages may be charged by size instead of actual weight, based on carrier rules.
  • Special handling: some products need special handling, such as temperature protection or hazardous-material shipping for certain essential oils. These may carry an additional carrier fee.

How You Are Charged

  • Standard orders: shipping is calculated at checkout, so you see the full cost before you pay.
  • Freight, bulk, and international orders: shipping is quoted in advance and included in your order quote for your approval.

Customs Duties and Import Fees

For orders shipped from India, any applicable US customs duties, taxes, or import fees will be clearly stated in your quote or at checkout before you confirm your order.

Additional Delivery Charges

Some services requested by the buyer, or caused by delivery conditions, may be charged separately. These include liftgate delivery, residential delivery, delivery appointments, inside delivery, redelivery attempts, address corrections, and storage for delayed pickup. We will inform you of these charges where possible.

Refunds on Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, except where the shipping issue is caused by an error on our part.

6. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We work with established carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and regional freight (LTL) carriers. The carrier and method are chosen based on your order's size, weight, destination, and handling requirements, so your ingredients arrive safely and cost-effectively.

  • Parcel shipping is used for smaller orders.
  • Pallet and freight shipping is used for large-volume and bulk orders.

Freight shipments are delivered to commercial addresses with a loading dock or forklift access unless other arrangements are made. Please mention any special delivery requirements, such as a liftgate, limited access, or delivery hours, when placing your order.

We cannot deliver freight shipments to P.O. boxes.

7. Packaging and Special Handling

Every order is packed to protect product quality, freshness, and safety during transit. Packaging varies by product and quantity and may include sealed bags, cartons, drums, pails, or palletized shipments.

  • Powders, flours, and dry ingredients are packed in sealed, food-grade packaging to protect against moisture and contamination.
  • Oils, cold-pressed oils, and fish oils are packed in sealed, leak-resistant containers.
  • Essential oils may be classified as hazardous materials by carriers. They may need ground-only shipping, special labeling, or additional handling fees.
  • Probiotics, enzymes, and other sensitive items are packed with care to reduce exposure to heat and moisture. Insulated packaging may be used where appropriate.
  • Cosmetic, personal care, and animal nutrition ingredients are packed according to the requirements of each product.

Once a shipment is delivered, buyers are responsible for storing products under the recommended storage conditions stated on the product label or specification sheet.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email. For freight shipments, we or our logistics partner will share the carrier name, shipment reference number, and delivery updates.

If you have not received tracking information within the expected time, please contact us at hello@reveda.com.

9. Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect every shipment when it arrives.

For freight and pallet deliveries:

  • Count the number of pallets or packages before signing.
  • Check for visible damage, such as torn wrapping, crushed boxes, leaks, or wet packaging.
  • Write any damage or shortage clearly on the delivery receipt before signing. Carriers may reject claims if the receipt is signed without noting damage.

Reporting deadlines:

  • Visible damage or shortages: report to us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Concealed damage (damage found after unpacking): report to us within 5 days of delivery.

When reporting, please provide your order number, photos of the packaging and products, a description of the issue, and a copy of the delivery receipt. We will review your report and work with the carrier to resolve it. Claims reported after these deadlines, or without the required documentation, may not be eligible for replacement or credit.

10. Shipping Delays

We work hard to ship on time, but delays can sometimes happen due to events outside our control. These include severe weather, carrier delays, transportation disruptions, holidays, natural disasters, supply shortages, and other unforeseen events.

If we learn of a significant delay to your order, we will contact you with an update. Reveda is not liable for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Shipping Address and Delivery Information

Buyers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details when placing an order, including:

  • Company or business name
  • Recipient name and phone number
  • Full delivery address, city, state, and ZIP code
  • Any special delivery instructions (dock hours, liftgate needs, access restrictions)

Address changes: please contact us as soon as possible. We can usually update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched. Changes after dispatch may not be possible, and any carrier fees will be charged to the buyer.

Refused or undeliverable shipments: if a shipment is refused, cannot be delivered because of incorrect information, or is not collected, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, redelivery fees, and any storage charges.

12. Bulk, Wholesale, and Private Label Orders

Bulk, wholesale, and private label orders often need custom shipping arrangements, such as palletized freight or scheduled deliveries. For these orders, our team will:

  • Confirm the shipping method and cost in your quote
  • Share the estimated dispatch and delivery timeline
  • Coordinate delivery scheduling with you or your receiving team

To request a bulk quote, visit our Bulk Quote page.

13. Shipping Restrictions

Some products may be subject to carrier rules or federal, state, or local regulations, which may limit how or where they can be shipped. This applies especially to hazardous materials such as certain essential oils. If a product cannot be shipped to your location or by your chosen method, we will contact you before dispatch to discuss alternatives, or cancel that item and refund it.

14. Changes to This Policy

Reveda may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your order applies to that order.
