SEPIGEL 305 Functions & Applications

Sepigel 305 is a liquid rheology modifier used to thicken, stabilize and shape the texture of cosmetic formulations. Seppic describes a pre-neutralized polymer system produced by inverse-emulsion technology, giving it a different handling approach from a dry polymer that must first be dispersed and neutralized. Its functions are relevant when an emulsion or gel needs body together with a soft, rich application feel. The commercial product is a multicomponent system rather than a generic polyacrylamide powder, so the full ingredient composition matters for substitution and labelling. The resulting texture still depends on the oil phase, dissolved ingredients and processing. Verify the supplied product identity before transferring a reference formulation or incorporation method.
